Introduction
The BD sensor is a distance sensor that can be used with a 3D printer, enabling fast bed leveling and Z-axis adjustment in real-time.
Installation Guide
BDsensor can be directly connected to the BL-TOUCH* interface on the mainboard and toolboard.
Using Klipper
Connect the sensor cable to the motherboard or CAN bus toolhead board.
Marlin Usage
Connect the sensor cable to the mainboard or CAN bus toolhead board.
Klipper Auto Z-OFFSET
This feature requires the BD sensor firmware version (you can obtain this version by sending M102 S-1, not the hardware version on the sensor) to be V1.1b, greater than V1.2b, or purchased after March 2024; otherwise, you need to use an external hardware tool (such as STlink) to flash the firmware into the BD sensor.
