Screen Resolution Adjustment Guide
Problem Description
When you notice that the FLY-HDMI screen displays an incorrect resolution (such as stretched image or incorrect resolution), please follow the steps in this guide to update the screen configuration file.
Supported Resolutions
The FLY-HDMI screen supports the following resolutions:
- HDMI-7 inch screen: 1024 × 600
- HDMI-5 inch screen: 800 × 480
Operation Steps
Step 1: Connect the Screen
- Use a Type-C cable to connect the screen to the computer
- Open the FLY-LCD-HDMI Configuration Tool
- Click the Connect Screen button

Step 2: Select Device
Select your screen from the device list, then click Connect

Step 3: Enter Configuration Interface
Click the Touch Info button

Step 4: Update Configuration File
- Click the Update CFG Configuration button

- Select the corresponding configuration file based on your screen size:
- HDMI-7 inch screen: Select
1024x600 - HDMI-5 inch screen: Select
800x480
- HDMI-7 inch screen: Select
Step 5: Start Update
Click the Start Configuration Update button

Step 6: Confirm Update
Click Confirm Update in the confirmation dialog that appears

Step 7: Restart the Screen
- After the update is complete, click the Restart button

- Wait for the screen to restart
- Manually reconnect the screen
Verify Results
After restarting, check if the screen display is normal:
- Whether the image is clear and not stretched
- Whether the resolution meets expectations
- Whether touch functionality works properly
If the issue persists, try reconnecting the Type-C cable or contact technical support.
