Screen Wiring​

Power Off Operation

Before starting, completely shut down the printer and disconnect the power supply. Do not plug or unplug cables, rearrange wire harnesses, or touch terminals while the system is powered on.

When connecting a TFT or HDMI screen, carefully confirm the orientation of the FPC cable to avoid device malfunction caused by reverse connection.

TFT Screen Wiring​

Tip
  • Two FPC cables are included with the TFT screen packaging: 14P (narrow cable) and 16P (wide cable)
  • For lite2.1, be sure to use the 16P (wide cable)

Screen Configuration​

FLYOS-FAST System Screen Configuration​

  1. Access the device IP address via a browser, for example: http://192.168.6.110/

fluidd interface operation: Uncheck "Filter hidden files and folders"

  1. Enter the displayed .flyos-config folder and find the sys-config.conf configuration file

  1. Edit the sys-config.conf file and modify the corresponding configuration items according to the screen type
  • Change the value after screen= to fly-tft-v2-r
  • To use FLY Screen, set klipper_screen=0; if both klipper_screen=1 and fly_screen=1 are enabled, KlipperScreen takes precedence by default
  • Change fly_screen=0 to fly_screen=1
  • Below is a reference after modification

Configuration Notes
  • Confirm the DIP switch on the back of the screen is set correctly: set to Resi for resistive screens, and Cap for capacitive screens
  • The configuration file format must be key=value, with no spaces after the equals sign
  • Do not modify the configuration file format without authorization, otherwise the configuration will not take effect
  1. After saving the configuration
Important Note

After modifying the configuration, please restart the system for the configuration to take effect.
