Introduction

Mellow Fly-D5 is a high-performance 3D printer motherboard developed by the Fly3D motherboard R&D team at Guangzhou Mellow Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., supporting up to five stepper motors.

1. Product Features

  • Uses 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ series STM32F072RBT6 main control chip with a main frequency of 48MHz
  • Supports CAN bus connection for more stable data transmission, lower latency, and more reliable connectivity
  • Driver support: A4988, LV8729, DRV8225, TMC2208/2209/5160, etc.
  • Onboard DIAG function pin, supports endstop-free homing by simply plugging or removing a jumper cap

  • Temperature sensors: 2 channels of NTC 100K
  • Heater interfaces: 2 controllable interfaces supporting 10A
  • Supported machine structures: Cartesian, Delta, Kossel, Ultimaker, CoreXY
