The FLY-VoltUp Power boost module is specifically designed for high-voltage driving. Users do not need to purchase an additional high-voltage power supply to achieve high-voltage driving, helping to save space when designing 3D printers.

  • Power input: 12V/24V
  • Output interface: two selectable power outputs 48V/60V (selectable via jumper cap)
  • Fan interface: two XH2.54 2P VCC FAN

Notes:

  • Before installation, disconnect the power and turn off all devices.
  • The output voltage of each channel can be independently adjusted. When the output voltage is set to 48V, the maximum current for that channel can be set to 2A; when set to 60V, the maximum current for that channel can be set to 1A.
  • The output voltage of both VCC FAN interfaces matches the power input voltage.
  • The module reserves mounting holes for a 4010 fan. Since the boost module generates significant heat, a fan must be installed for heat dissipation.
  • Built-in reverse polarity protection circuit prevents damage to components caused by incorrect power polarity connection.
  • Do not insert voltage selection jumper caps simultaneously to avoid damaging components.
  • Ensure correct connection of positive and negative terminals to avoid component damage.
