FLY Host Machine User Manual

Precautions:​

  • Ensure the power is turned off before installing the expansion board.
  • Avoid using the expansion board in humid or dusty environments.
  • When installing the screen, make sure not to plug or unplug it while powered on, and pay attention to the direction of the screen cable to avoid damage.
  • When installing the fan, pay attention to the current and voltage specifications of the fan to avoid damage.
  • The FLY host machine can only use the middle RS232 interface, FAN port, and FPC screen interface!!!!
  • The FLY host machine can use the G2T host machine with PI V2, C8, and PRO X10
  • The Gemini series and PI V1 cannot be used.

Using the Onboard RS232 Connection Tool Method​

  • After flashing the latest system on the FLY host machine, access the host machine's IP:9999

  • The FLY host machine can only use the middle RS232 interface, FAN port, and FPC screen interface!!!!

  • In the system settings, find UART1 and save and restart.

  • Below is a reference configuration:

Screen Usage Methods​

  • After flashing the latest system on the FLY host machine, access the host machine's IP:9999
    • fly-tft-v2-c is the selection for a 3.5-inch TFT capacitive screen
    • fly-tft-v2-r is the selection for a 3.5-inch TFT resistive screen
