📄️ Introduction
The BD sensor is a distance sensor that can be used with a 3D printer to perform rapid bed leveling and adjust the Z-axis in real time.
📄️ Installation Guide
BDsensor-m can be directly connected to the motherboard's EXP1 and BL-TOUCH interface
📄️ Using Klipper
Connect the sensor cable to the EXP1 port on the motherboard
📄️ Using Marlin
Connect the sensor cable to the EXP1 interface of the mainboard
📄️ Klipper Automatic Z-OFFSET
This feature requires the BD sensor firmware version (you can obtain this version by sending M102 S - 1, not the hardware version on the sensor) to be V1.1b, greater than V1.2b, or a version purchased after March 2024. Otherwise, you need to use an external hardware tool (such as STlink) to flash the firmware into the BD sensor.
