Fly-SHT36-V3 Tool Board Documentation
Quick Navigation
1. Preparations
Hardware Checklist:
- Tool Board: Fly-SHT36-V3
- Host Computer:
Host Computer Compatibility Note
- Recommended Models: Fly-PI-V3, Raspberry Pi 4/5, and other standard host computers
- Unsupported Models: Redmi phones, WiFi dongles, set-top boxes, and various non-standard modified host computers
- Important Note: Using modified host computers may lead to system instability, functional abnormalities, or inability to operate normally
- Data Cable: One Type-C data cable
- Connection Method (Choose One):
- CAN Connection: Requires a UTOC module or a motherboard flashed with USB-to-CAN bridge firmware
- RS232 Connection: Requires a UTOR module or a motherboard with native RS232 support (e.g., D8, D8-PRO, C8P)
- Power Supply: 12V‑24V power adapter (ensure voltage is within range)
- Computer: Windows PC (or other computer capable of using SSH tools)
2. User Guide and Important Notes
Core Principle: Most issues are caused by configuration, connection, or power supply inconsistencies. Prioritize troubleshooting in the following order:
- Connection and Configuration: Ensure the DIP switch setting, firmware type, and the connection method in Klipper's
[mcu SHT36]configuration are consistent (all CAN or all RS232). - Power and Wiring: Confirm the supply voltage is normal and all cable connections are secure.
- Status Indicators: After powering on, check if the power and status LEDs are functioning normally.
