Introduction
1. Product Overview
FLY SB2040 V3 is a tool board designed by Guangzhou Meilun Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for the VORON Stealthburner print head. With this tool board, four wires can replace the complicated wiring between the main board and the print head, optimizing the layout. SB2040 is applicable to stealthburner and afterburner. It integrates a CAN transceiver, RS232 transceiver, USB port, TMC2209 driver, LIS2DW accelerometer, three controllable fans, and other functions. This tool board supports Klipper and RRF firmware.

1.1 Product Features
- A Boot button is reserved, allowing users to update firmware by entering Boot mode via Type-C
- Supports Klipper firmware and RRF firmware
- Supports CAN mode, RS232 mode, and RRF CAN mode
- In RS232 mode, it offers higher transmission speed and stronger stability. In CAN mode, it supports CAN expansion with a reserved CAN expansion interface
- Temperature sensor support: onboard MAX31865 chip, compatible with PT100 and PT1000 temperature sensors
- Onboard LIS2DW accelerometer and LDC1612 sensor
- RGB interface is reserved; onboard 2209 driver supports various leveling sensors, such as Klicky, Voron Tap, PL08n, etc.
- Supports 12-24V voltage and 15A current input; enlarged heating cartridge port with a rated current of 10A

- Supports switching between Klipper CAN mode, RS232 mode, and RRFCAN mode
- Added RS232 mode, which provides higher transmission speed and stronger stability, making debugging easier
- Added RRF CAN mode, enabling switching to RRF tool board and enhancing versatility
- Added CAN expansion interface for easy expansion of CAN devices
- Added terminal resistor DIP switch; the 120R terminal resistor can be selected via DIP switch without jumper wires
- Added 1m power/signal cable; the cable uses twisted pair design for stronger anti-interference performance
