1. Product Introduction
FLY SB2040 V3 is a tool board launched by Guangzhou Maglun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for the VORON Stealthburber print head. With this tool board, four wires can be used to replace the complicated wiring between the original motherboard and the print head, optimizing the layout. SB2040 is suitable for stealthburner and afterburner. It integrates CAN transceiver, RS232 transceiver, USB port, TMC2209 driver, LIS2DW accelerometer, three controllable fans, and other functions of the tool board. This tool board is suitable for Klipper and RRF firmware.

1.1 Product Features
- Reserve Boot button, users can enter Boot mode to update firmware through TypeC
- Support Klipper firmware, RRF firmware
- Support CAN mode, RS232 mode, RRF CAN mode
- In RS232 mode, it has a higher transmission rate and stronger stability. In CAN mode, it supports CAN expansion and reserves CAN expansion interface
- Temperature sensor support: On-board MAX31865 chip, compatible with PT100 and PT1000 temperature sensors.
- On-board LIS2DW accelerometer and LDC1612 sensor
- Reserve RGB interface, on-board 2209 driver, support various leveling sensors, such as klicky, Voron Tap, PL08n, etc.
- Support 12-24V voltage, 15A current input, increase heating rod port, rated current 10A
1.2 New Features
- Support mutual switching between Klipper CAN mode, RS232 mode, and RRF CAN mode
- Add RS232 mode, which has a higher transmission rate, stronger stability, and simpler debugging use
- Add RRF CAN mode, can be switched to RRF tool board to enhance applicability
- Add CAN expansion interface to facilitate the expansion of CAN devices
- Add terminal resistor DIP switch, its terminal resistor 120R can be selected by DIP switch, no need for jumper
- Add 1-meter power/signal connection line, the connection line uses twisted pair design, with stronger anti-interference performance
