Product Introduction
FLY SB2040 is a print head tool board designed by Guangzhou Meilun Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for the VORON Stealthburner print head. Using this tool board, four wires can replace the complicated wiring between the main board and the print head, optimizing the layout. SB2040 is suitable for 36 stepper motors and integrates various features such as a CAN transceiver, USB port, TMC2209 driver, ADXL345 accelerometer, and two controllable fans. This tool board is compatible with Klipper firmware.
- Supports CAN bus connection, providing more stable data transmission, lower latency, and more stable connection
- Onboard TMC2209 driver, using UART mode, can be used for extruders
- Onboard ADXL345 accelerometer
- Supports leveling sensors such as BLTOUCH and PL08N, integrated XY limit switches
- Supports 12-24V voltage input
- MCU: Raspberry Pi rp2040, Dual core ARM Cortex-M0+@133MHz
- Added support for switching between 4.7K resistor (for NTC thermistor) and 1K resistor (for PT1000)
- CAN interface uses XT30 (2+2), supports 15A current, peak 30A
- Added onboard NTC100K resistor for measuring chamber temperature
- ADXL345's INT1 and INT2 connected to MCU, used for leveling by some users
- Supports high-voltage input limits
- Comes with a 3-meter CAN connection cable, avoiding signal loss caused by incorrect terminal crimping
- Supports 2/3/4-wire fans
- Modular design, convenient for Stealthburner disassembly
- Compatible with Hartk's Stealthburner Toolhead Board (the fan sub-board does not need to be replaced)
