System Image Burning and Configuration Guide
Step 1: System Image Flashing
1. Enter the System Configuration Interface
After launching the software, select the System Configuration option from the left menu bar to enter the system flashing interface.
2. Connect the Storage Device
Connect the storage card to be flashed to the computer's USB port via a card reader.
💡 Tip: Using a USB 3.0 or higher interface can significantly improve flashing speed.
3. Identify the Storage Device
Click the Refresh button next to Storage Device to ensure the system correctly identifies the connected storage card.
4. Select the Device Model
Click Device Selection and choose the corresponding configuration plan based on your device model.
5. Execute the Flashing Operation
After confirming the device selection is correct, click the Start Flashing button.
- This operation will permanently erase all data on the storage card!
- Ensure important files have been backed up before flashing.
- Do not disconnect the device during the flashing process.
6. Complete the Flashing
Wait for the flashing progress to complete. When the interface displays "Complete," the system image has been successfully written.
Step 1: System Image Burning

2. Connect the Storage Device
Connect the storage card to be burned to the computer's USB port via a card reader.
💡 Recommendation: Use a USB 3.0 or higher port to significantly improve burning speed.
3. Identify the Storage Device
Click the Refresh button next to Storage Device to ensure the system correctly identifies the connected storage card.
4. Select the Device Model
Click Device Selection and choose the corresponding configuration plan based on the device model you are using.
5. Select the System Version
The software provides two system versions: Stable Version and Latest Version:
- Stable Version: v1.3.8
- Latest Version: v1.4.0
The Latest Version is selected by default. If you have no special requirements, keep the default setting. You can also switch to the Stable Version before continuing the burning process.
6. Execute the Burning Operation
After confirming that the device selection and system version are correct, click the Start Burning button.
- This operation will permanently erase all data on the storage card!
- Please make sure to back up important files before burning.
- Do not disconnect the device during the burning process.
7. Complete the Burning
Wait for the burning progress to complete. When the interface displays the "Complete" message, it indicates that the system image has been successfully written.
Step 2: System Configuration
✅ Operation Tip: After completing the selection and modification of all configuration items, be sure to click the Manually Write Configuration button to ensure all settings are correctly saved to the storage card.

Configuration File Management
Function Description
- Folder Selection: Only folder selection is supported; individual configuration files are not supported
- Automatic Copy: All configuration files in the selected folder will be automatically copied to the storage card
- Automatic Loading: The copied configuration will be automatically loaded when the system starts
Folder Preparation Steps

- Create Configuration Folder: Create a folder named
config - Place Configuration Files: Copy your machine configuration files into the
configfolder
Notes
- Ensure the configuration file format is correct; the system will copy the entire
configfolder contents - The folder name and hierarchy must strictly follow the requirements above
- The system will automatically recognize and load the configuration without manual operation
Wi-Fi Network Configuration
Enter the available Wi-Fi name and password to configure the device network connection.
Web Interface Selection
The following web UIs are currently supported:
- Fluidd - Lightweight Klipper web interface
- Mainsail - Feature-rich Klipper web interface
Display Settings
Configure display parameters according to the type of monitor connected.
3. Advanced Settings
Device Identification
Set a personalized printer name for easy network identification.
Camera Function
Configure camera service parameters and enable video monitoring functionality.
Regional Settings
Set the system language and corresponding time zone to ensure accurate time display.
Communication Settings
Configure the CAN bus transmission rate to optimize communication between devices.
Warm Reminder: After completing all configurations, please safely eject the storage card, then insert it into the target device to start the system.
