Logo Settings

FLY-USB-LCD7 supports setting a custom boot Logo via FLY DATA. It will not always display automatically after connecting USB; you need to first enable FLY DATA on the "Screen" page of the screen settings interface.

Logo Image Requirements​

  • The image file size must not exceed 2 MB.

  • The image resolution must not exceed 1024 × 600.

  • For example, an 800 × 800 image has a height exceeding 600 and does not meet the requirements; it can be adjusted to 800 × 600 or another size not exceeding 1024 × 600.

  • The image format must be PNG or JPG.

  • The file name must use one of the following names and be placed in the root directory of FLY DATA:

    startup.png
    startup.jpg

  • When both startup.png and startup.jpg exist, the system prioritizes startup.png.

Enabling FLY DATA​

  1. Connect the screen to the computer using a Type-C data cable.
  2. Long press the bottom-left and bottom-right corners of the screen simultaneously to enter the settings interface.
  3. On the left side of the settings interface, select "Screen", then enable FLY DATA.
  4. After the computer recognizes the FLY DATA disk, proceed with file copying or replacement.
  1. Prepare a Logo image that meets the above size and resolution requirements, and rename the file to startup.png or startup.jpg.
  2. Copy the Logo file to the root directory of the FLY DATA disk.
  3. After the file copy is complete, safely eject the FLY DATA disk on the computer.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to return or restart the device, and the screen will load the custom Logo from FLY DATA.
  1. Enter the "Screen" page of the settings interface and enable FLY DATA.
  2. Open the root directory of FLY DATA on the computer and delete startup.png and startup.jpg (if they exist).
  3. Safely eject the FLY DATA disk on the computer.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to return or restart the device, and the screen will no longer load the custom Logo.
Windows File Extension Display

Windows may hide the extensions of known file types. Please confirm that the file name and extension are complete, for example startup.jpg, and do not save it as startup.jpg.jpg.

Operating Precautions
  • After operating files in FLY DATA, you must safely eject the disk on the computer so that the screen can correctly read the files.
  • Do not delete the README.TXT file on the disk, as it contains usage instructions.
