Firmware Update

Notes

• A memory card is required. Third-party memory cards may cause the flashing to fail. Please use the recommended memory card below to update the firmware as much as possible.
• Prepare a TF card with a capacity not exceeding 32G, and it is recommended that the transfer speed of the TF card must be class10 or higher. It is recommended to use TF cards from brands such as SanDisk.

Memory Card Formatting Software:

• It is recommended to use the SDFormatter software for formatting. Other formatting software may cause the update to fail.
• This software can be used on Windows, and supports FAT32 formatting.

Update Method

• Use the SDFormatter software to format
  • After formatting is completed, the memory card will be emptied. Please ensure that important data is backed up.
• Copy the downloaded screen firmware file to the root directory of the memory card, and rename it to the name below

  update.img

• Insert the memory card into the screen's TF card slot
  
• Power off and power on again, the screen will automatically detect the update.img file and start the update
• After the update is complete, the screen will automatically restart
