FLY-Pi V2 Host
The newly launched FLY-Pi V2 host features a Raspberry Pi-compatible mounting size and serves as a high-performance alternative for running Klipper or RRF firmware. It comes with 1GB of onboard DDR3 memory and supports connecting TFT screens via SPI to enable Klipper Screen functionality.
Core Highlights
- Powerful Core, Deeply Optimized: Equipped with an Allwinner H5 Quad-Core Processor and pre-installed with the deeply customized FlyOS & Klipper firmware. It offers significant performance improvements in command processing and motion planning compared to native systems.
- Dual Storage Solutions, Flexible Choice: Provides both an onboard M2WE interface (for FLY custom modules) and a standard Micro SD card slot. Users can choose between the high-speed eMMC solution or the economical and flexible SD card option based on their needs.
- Ready-to-Use, Mature Ecosystem: The system comes pre-installed with all essential plugins (such as the environment required for Input Shaping and Resonance Compensation), greatly reducing setup and debugging time for a quick start to printing.
- Industrial-Grade Design and Power Supply: Supports 12-24V wide voltage input and integrates a dedicated SPI accelerometer interface, ensuring long-term stable and reliable operation.
- Rich Interfaces, Comprehensive Expansion: Offers various display outputs (HDMI, TFT), 4 USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port, and a CAN bus interface to meet the connection needs of various peripheral devices.
- Convenient Maintenance, OTA Support: Supports one-click online system updates (OTA), allowing users to obtain the latest features and security patches without re-flashing the system.
Purchase and Usage Notes
The FLY-Pi V2 does not come with any storage device pre-installed. You must prepare at least one of the following storage media yourself for the device to function properly:
- Option 1 (Recommended): Purchase the FLY custom M2WE module (Wi-Fi/eMMC) for faster system response and higher reliability.
- Option 2: Use your own
Micro SD(TF) card, with a recommended capacity between16GB-128GB.

Important Notes
The TFT screen, SPI accelerometer interface, and RRF expansion interface cannot be used simultaneously!
- Hardware Conflict: These interfaces physically share the same set of SPI resources.
- Consequence: Simultaneous connection will cause abnormal screen display and severely incorrect accelerometer data.
- Solution: Only connect and use one of these interfaces at a time.
Private Protocol, Strictly Prohibit Connecting Non-FLY Devices!
- The onboard M2WE interface uses a FLY private custom protocol, with physical and electrical specifications that are non-standard.
- Only connect the officially provided FLY M2WE module (Wi-Fi / eMMC).
- Strictly prohibit connecting any standard or third-party M.2 devices, as this will cause permanent hardware damage to the mainboard.
The FLY-Pi V2 does not have onboard Wi-Fi.
For wireless connectivity, please choose:
- Recommended Solution: Use the FLY official M2WE Wi-Fi module.
- Alternative Solution: Use a driver-free generic USB Wi-Fi module, ensuring it is compatible with Linux systems.
