Button Operations

Long-pressing the button temporarily ignores normal sensor edge-stop conditions and is used only to clear the material path when sensor anomalies occur. Ensure the material path is unobstructed before operating, and keep fingers and tools away from the gripping points, feeding wheels, and motors. Even after releasing the button, verify that the mechanism has stopped; do not use it for extended periods during printing.
Device Modes

A short press of the status button switches between the two modes. After switching, observe the status light first, then conduct single-channel tests.
Channel Indicators

Status Button
The status button is used to switch between loading/automatic modes and initiate sensor calibration; details on the buzzer alert are provided in the “Buzzer” section below.
Before checking the material path, wiring harness, terminals, or sensor installation as listed, fully turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply. Do not plug or remove the wiring harness or touch the terminals while the device is powered on.

Calibration and error light patterns take precedence over normal mode light patterns. If an alarm persists, check the material path and sensors first; do not bypass the alarm by disabling protections.
Buzzer
The buzzer only provides audible alerts and does not affect the mode switching or calibration functions of the status button. If the beep parameter in the tool is set to 0, the device may not emit the following sounds.
