Motor does not move after feeding material
Fault Symptom
After feeding material, the corresponding channel light remains red, and the motor does not move.
Meaning
The channel entry sensor S1 may not have detected the material.

Check whether the material has reached the sensor location, then inspect the sensor wiring harness and terminals with the power off. After confirming the connections, power on the device again for testing; do not plug or unplug the wiring harness while it is powered on.
Motor keeps feeding and dispenses material

The motor keeps rotating after feeding material, and material continues to be dispensed from the motor outlet.
Meaning
The channel exit sensor S2 may not have been triggered.

Before checking the sensor installation, wiring harness, or terminals, please completely shut down the printer and disconnect the power supply.
First, stop the motor to ensure there is no blockage in the material path. With the power off, check the installation position of S2, the wiring harness, and the terminals, then restart the single-channel sensor test.
Buffer operation does not match expectations
Fault Symptom
When the buffer expands or retracts, the feeding, stopping, or retraction actions are incorrect.
Meaning
The trigger sequence of B1/B2/B3/B4, the position of the magnets, or the sensor input status may be abnormal.
Recommended Action
Before adjusting the buffer or checking the magnets and sensor wiring harness, please completely shut down the printer and disconnect the power supply.
After turning off the power, ensure that the buffer mechanism can move smoothly, the magnets do not brush against the casing, and the sensor wiring harness is not loose. Power on the device again and test in the order B2 → B3 → B4 → B1; if the issue persists, contact customer service.
Indicator lights flash purple

Multiple indicator lights show purple or a purple shade.

There may be an issue with the sensor wiring, installation, or input status.

A motion timeout, excessive distance, or other protection conditions have been triggered.

Check whether the material is stuck, whether the gears are damaging the material, and whether the buffer sensor can trigger properly. After resolving mechanical issues, use the button to exit the error state and test again; do not disable protections or set extreme thresholds to bypass alarms.
