FLY-AMS is a dual-channel automatic refilling system. Each motor channel includes two sensors for feeding and discharging, while the buffer has 4 position sensors to control feeding, stopping, retraction, and channel switching.

Configuration Tool: FLY-AMS Configuration Tool

It can read the currently saved parameters of the device and automatically refresh the status of up to 8 sensors; slave units without a local buffer display 4 motor sensors.

Pre-Use Checks

Power Off Operation

Before checking the wiring, terminals, or mechanical structure, make sure the printer is completely turned off and the power supply is disconnected. Do not plug or unplug cables, organize connector wires, or touch terminals while the device is powered on.

  1. Ensure the consumable path is unobstructed and the feeding wheel applies appropriate pressure.
  2. Confirm that the wiring for motors, buffers, buttons, and indicator lights is securely connected.
  3. Make sure there are no fingers, tools, or loose wires around all moving parts.
  4. Perform sensor calibration and testing before first use or after updating the main control firmware.
