FLY-ALPS Firmware Update

Applicable Versions

This document applies to devices with firmware version >= v2.0.0. This version can be updated directly via the web tool without entering DFU mode. If your firmware version is lower than this, please refer to the Firmware Flashing documentation.

Check Firmware Version

Through the Web Tool, you can view the current firmware version number after connecting the device.

Update Steps

  1. Connect the device to your computer using a Type-C cable that supports data transfer.
  2. Visit the FLY-ALPS Firmware Update Tool.
  3. Click the Flash Firmware button.
  4. Click Select Device, choose FLY-ALPS from the popup list, then click Connect.
  5. After successful connection, you can view the current firmware version on the tool page.
  6. Click Select Firmware, browse and select the downloaded firmware file.
  7. Click Start Flashing and wait for the process to complete.
  8. After flashing is successful, the device will automatically restart.
Note

Do not disconnect the Type-C connection during the update process, as this may cause flashing failure.
