Mainboard PWM Interface Instructions
- The signal ports between the RGB interface and BL-TOUCH are all PWM interfaces.
- Some signal ports on the EXP connector can be used as PWM signal ports (actual testing required for confirmation).
Fan Instructions
Warning
Some fans may become damaged after prolonged use due to design flaws. The following method can be used for troubleshooting, but improper operation may damage the mainboard. Proceed with caution.
Testing Steps:
- Keep the mainboard input power consistent with the fan's rated voltage (e.g., if the fan is 24V, the mainboard input should also be 24V).
- Connect the fan to the mainboard fan port and measure the output voltage with a multimeter.
- First, set the fan output to maximum (100%); the normal voltage should be close to the input voltage (e.g., around 24V).
- Then, lower the output to 50% and 10% respectively.
- If the output voltage increases instead, it indicates the fan is abnormal and cannot be used.
Endstop Signal Instructions
Warning
- Some endstop switches output a 5V signal, which can damage the main controller (e.g., on tool boards) of certain products.
- Ensure the endstop signal voltage is within the 0-3.3V range.
