Backup Configuration Method
Note
- This tutorial applies to upper computers such as FLY-Pi, Raspberry Pi, and Orange Pi
- If using EMMC, it needs to be able to enter the flashing mode; otherwise, this tutorial does not apply
- This tutorial is based on Windows system operations; please avoid formatting unknown disks!!!

Download Required Software
- Click through to download; the website will indicate which version suits your computer
- The software is green version, no installation required; simply extract after downloading
- DG Disk Tool
Starting Backup

- Do not format!!!
- After formatting, data cannot be recovered!!!
- If using a TF card, connect directly to your computer
- If using EMMC, manually enter flashing mode!!!
Connection
- Connect the system you want to back up to your computer
- Open
DiskGenius.exe
- If everything is normal, the disk you want to back up will be displayed
Locate
- Click the primary partition on the left, then click "Browse Files" on the top menu, and files will appear below
- Find
home
, double-click to enter - Usually there will be only one folder inside, and its name is your system username
- If there are two or more folders, you need to determine which one contains your system configuration
- Then double-click into it
- Locate the
printer_data
folder inside - This
printer_data
folder contains your print files, klipper configuration, klipper logs, etc., which can be exported directly in full
Export Configuration
Note
FAST
system configuration files are located under /usr/share/printer_data
- Right-click on
printer_data
to see the prompt below - Choose the directory you want to save to or just export directly
- Confirm export
- Open the file you exported and locate the
config
folder; this contains your system configuration - Configuration export is now complete
- Please note that the
moonraker
file should not be uploaded to other systems casually, as differences in systems might cause klipper to fail to connect
